precisely. It's all very easy to volunteer when you make a stack and don't have to work
unfortunately most people have to slave away their whole lives and their free time needs to be that. free.
However, it is enriching and rewarding to do things voluntarily. There just needs to be a way to encourage it and facilitate would-be volunteers
