You say that but.........

On Wednesday I spoke to Halifax and they said they were sending me some documents, they could either courier them to me which would guarantee I would have them by Thursday but cost ?70, or they could post them by Royal Mail but they wouldn't be with me for 5 working days. I opted for Royal Mail as it was free............the post still arrived on Thursday! That would have been a waste of ?70!!
