When we played Birmingham away in some cup or other about 5 years ago...

there was a huge crowd outside the ground trying to pick tickets up from the ticket office, probably about 500 people, both home and away fans. Anyway, we heard the game kick off, and about 5 mins in managed to get into the ticket office. Brady was in there helping out and getting people served.

So, for that reason, and that reason alone, I like Karen Brady.
