is obstructed worse than impaired?

i think i sat in an impaired view seat in the snake pit, (it was certainly the least worst restriceted view seat anyway.) it wasn't too bad view wise - but you do have to put up with listening to the absolute cretins that inhabit that part of the ground and want to make everyone else aware of their particular moronic take on things
