My boss went into a property........

to do some work for this company and it contained asbestos. My boss said that he informed the contractor to let them know.

They sent some people down to clear the asbestos and my boss returned to the house a few days later to continue the work. He said that he felt they had not done a very good job of clearing the asbestos so he phoned up his boss in the contracting firm to tell him and the boss said " that to be honest it was such a small risk and not to worry about it".

My boss went on and completed the work in the property. I said that i would not have risked it and he said "well if i turn round and start getting funny and asking them is it safe? and asking for reassurances that they might think that he was becoming to much hassle and that they would find another sub contractor to do the work for them".
