Pretty sure I lost mine a couple of years ago

and had to pay ?15 or ?20 or something. I had a rant at Doncatser about it and said I'd ojnly pay for the cost of the plastic card and the time it takes to process (about half an hour at about ?8 an hour for some drone).

he wouldn't relent. I paid up.
