agaisnt sheff utd I thought we looked awful at the back! we're ol when a team lumps it forwards, our 2 centre halves will and can manage anything in the air, fine, its when small skillfull players like nugent run at them - the sheff utd forwards, midfield and wingers gave not just our centre two, but full backs a torrid time...... worst of all was r martins poor distribution out of defence, giving the ball away far too often...... I understand we improved v qpr and at middlesborough, but all the same - the defence is still our weakest area - as for ruddy, no compliants from me!
