I've got an issue with Dell

I'm on my 3rd power adapter in 2 years. Sometimes the thing doesn't switch on even though it's plugged in etc, forcing me to stick it other sockets where it will work. Deeply irritating. Speakers are s**te too.
I also have an HP Ive had for 3-4 years and it's still going strong. Never had any problems at all. Battery life is a bit crap at 2.5 hours though
