because i remember talking about younger players just after we were relegated.

I thought it might be the best thing to happen to us to play the youngsters while shifting a lot of the higher wage earners out of the club.

At the time I thought we would have most of the first team as younger players.

It didnt quite work out like that but at least the philosophy of the club has been on buying younger players.

Norwich traditionally always had a few veteran players (32+) in its ranks.
Lambert almost has no interest in such players.

He has shown he doesnt care how old you are.
Its what you can do.

That was Roeders biggest downfall, he was thinking far too short term.
