Yesterday: time-wasting and other stuff

Is anyone else feeling uneasy about the blatent time-wasting that we are employing in away games now?
Yesterday Ruddy took an age to take goal kicks, full backs took for ever to take throw ins, and then we shoot our selves in the foot when Holt gets booked for time-wasting and now he is out for Portsmouth next week. Immediately before Lansbury was subbed he was ordered over to the far side of the pitch. Then the board was raised with his number meaning it took ages for him to cross the width of the pitch. I know other teams do it but I don't want us the get a reputation like the masters of time-wasting at Millwall.
Anyway, the first 15 minutes yesterday we played the best football I have seen for years. We need to make it last longer than 15 minutes. Ruddy made two terrific saves, full backs attacked at every opportunity, midfield was really good - Crofts puts in huge displays every week, Fox gets better with every game. Lansbury has added a new dimension - let's hope we can keep him for the season. Holt and Chris are improving. Holt looks fitter and Chris, it seems, needs to be dropped every now and then to get him motivated.
