What worries me...

Is that when people say 'oh, it worked for me', with no real scientific basis (i.e. a placebo effect), then other people start using those people as anecdotal evidence of this stuff 'working', which then leads to them asking for public money to fund it through the NHS.

So, if it works for someone, that doesn't make me angry, but the ramifications do.
