...I've probably upset a few people but every year we either do the entertaining (minimum of 12 people which is a lot of cooking, expense and the tidying up) or go to others so this year, just us...

As for parents in my case that hasn't been an option for many, many years but when it was all it seemed to involve was endless arguing and I don't miss that...put me off Crimble for years...
