back from the game, some thoughts

Leeds worked out McNamee within 15 minutes, after that he was no threat whatsoever.

We were on top until the goal, lots of balls into the box but no real quality.

I was in the NFN sanctuary that is the river end so i didnt see their goal very well.

As the first half went on we really lost our way, Leeds deserved to be 1-0 up at HT.

Second half started with a bit more tempo, still thought we werent winning enough in the middle though. I thought Croft had an off day, Fox looked to play the ball but I didnt think he was up to it. Surman is a very talented footballer.

Wes changed it all, he was incredible. We have to work out a way to play him from the start.

I was expecting the goal to be ruled out as Schmeichal was on his arse. Happy to see it stand as Barnett has been due one. Him and Ward were very good again today. Ward's awareness of danger is very good apart from the mistake he made before halftime trying to shepherd a ball out for a goal kick.

Holty looked good, unlucky not to score, Martin was crowded out a bit.

Had a lovely conversation with a rogue Leeds fan as we were held behind the Barclay by the police. Knuckle dragger.

The Kings wasnt where I thought it was.

We will beat Ipswich and seal Roy Keane's fate.
