Perhaps not but anyway ...

basically when I type my company name into "google" i.e Emkay Plastics another company name comes up at the top of the list, who is trying to set up in competition with myself. All I need to know is:

Is this legal, as he must have embedded my registered company name into the code on his website somehow?

If it isn't is it a legal matter for a solicitor.

If it is how can I get round it?
