me neither really

pick over the grapes and discard any rotten ones. give them a bath in some stuff to kill off any crawlybastards. rinse off. crush them to get the juice (must) add some yeast and leave to ferment. slight variations with red and white grapes but thats the basics. not sure how i am going to go about crushing them as the bloke in the shop recommended a brick in a plastic bag but i reckon it might be a bit of a faff.
