Streaming is like online radio - you listen to it then, and don't get to store it.

But, the paid for version of Spotify, like what I've got, does have "Offline Playlists", so it can download the choons if you want, for use when you've run out of internets, but not in a format that you could then share - you don't get the mp3 files, it just stores it in a way that only the Spotify program can access.
