oh. OK

well this was a roux sauce, but made with beer, rather than milk.

Then mixed in with cheese and mustard and Worsesesteshire sauce.

Then pasted onto brown toast. And topped with a bit more Worcesescesteshire sauce.

Was creamy and rich and absolutely yumsters. Although admittedly a bit fiddlier than CoT.
