Like i said, experience is no good if your playing on that and not talent
Which Flem cl;early is now, hes not in th team for what hes doing now, hes in the team for what he has done in the past, and for his "experience" which is partly pointless as he doesnt talk to any other players on teh pitch, talent should allways go above experience, (Rooney Owen e.t.c not defenders i know but!) especially when experience is all a player has! or do you think we should get Duncan Forbes back for Sunday, hes experienced?
