Sounds like bollocks to me.
I've no idea what the quality of the Russian bid is like, but I can't see them getting it. I actually think England might just do it this time. I saw Jack warner was well impressed by Beckham going over to Trinidad and being the corrupt mofo he is and holding sway over the Fifa concacaf votes, if he votes for us, we should be well in contention
