Windows 7 almost certainly
not that i've used it, but it's the only sensible choice, and if you're going for off the shelf ready-built, probably your only choice
(JCC will try to tell you to go Linux and BC will try to tell you to go Apple, but with windows you know it'll work with 99% of everything)
