that'd be a risk worth taking

simply because i don't think the team in 20th would want to deliberately risk everything that goes with being in a higher division on one game. even if that does come with a day trip to Wembley (also if they took a cue from the gentleman's agreement that exists for the promotion play off and gave the loser both teams' share of the gate receipts etc).
