My mate from Cardiff went to Ipswich yesterday,

He said the place was laughable. Yeh they deserved to win he said but the fans were..in his words 'Special'

He commented on how the children and teenagers all looked alike. Tight springy hair and big buck teeth. not just a few ALL OF THEM. Had the office in stitches today as he explained his day back in 1972.

He said that football in Ipswich was like a big day...people with picnics and shopping bags in the stands, everyone all politly seated at five minutes to Three. It was more like being at the theatre than a football match, posh posh middle aged women with broaches on stinking of perfume behind the goal keeping a watchful eye on their children in yellow cords and welly boots. Hurting from laughter from his day out in 'the land that time forgot' Made 40 people laugh today...one of which was a Tractor Boy who ...well fitted the bill nicely.
