But I can never see a diamond shape. More like lots of players running around a bit.

I say this as a female and I'm quite willing to accept this could explain why I can't spot the pattern. And I certainly trust Lambert so if he says there's a diamond I'll believe him (even though there actually isn't. Honestly, I've been looking.)
