If he were to play

I'd be inclined to play him over Martin or Holt so that he can be free to hammer all over the place without compromising a strong midfield, this I think would work quite well away from home. As I wouldn't drop Martin or Holt I'd keep him on the bench and roll him out as outlined by 21
