I just get annoyed at the pedestal we put footballers on, for the most part these men are

talented but extremely stupid rich folk. If it had been a rock and roll star and their groupies no one would give a s**t, no one would say a word. These men are not role models they're footballers who we pay money to entertain, whether that's gate receipts or sky receipts. They are not clergymen or world leaders. It's f**king idiotic, self righteous nonsense.
