Well, let's not forget the oft-mentioned (on here at least) "Norwich sound" of the 80s.
Featuring the Higsons, Farmer's Boys, Serious Drinking et al.
There hasn't been a lot out of, oh I don't know, Somerset, the Lake District, Suffolk, and so on. Was there ever a "Nottingham sound"? No.
