Helping, no. Given the price of the 3/4 bedroom houses these days I'm about £20k short.
And that's not a sum that's likely to get less. I'm not sure how this affordable housing is supposed to be affordable ?
The disappointing thing is that I'd pay half as much on a mortgage as I do in rent.
