I moved from Sky to Virgin for that very reason

final straw was when we were in the Prem & I paid for the Everton game and the whole f**kin thing froze 2 mins into the match and lasted about 2 hours.
Kept doing my head in every time they blamed atmospheric conditions.

Moved to Virgin - no probs at all plus quicker internet plus no money going to Murdoch w@nker.
