even though his mistakes have been pretty big, I think that's just him settling down in what he clearly see's as a big pond, and his biggest opportunity in footy

I think Ruddy wants to succeed here a bit too much, and it's getting in the way of him focussing on the job. Once he settles down, I think he'll be here for a long time
