I don't mind the booking fee so much, as it happens.

As someone who gets 95% of his match tickets over the phone I'll be paying it, but for years and years I've been getting tickets posted to me via first class post, and only parting with the price of the ticket - The Norwich have been soaking up the postage cost (and stationary cost, printing, credit card processing fees, etc).

Even for away tickets where The Norwich don't get any of the revenue.

I'm only surprised that it hasn't been introduced sooner.
