they exist in the interests of the travel companies. in my experience. ive not had a holiday f**ked over by a company going into liquidation but i had reason to make a formal complaint to a ski company (no hot water in chalet, 5 bathrooms advertised turned out to be 1 bathroom 1 shower and 3 toilets, no internet but was advertised) basically abta said, you can take them to the small claims court but we cant really help. so, if you want to go on a ski holday f**king dont use "alpine answers" is my 2p.
