i can walk into the office and speak to someone, no far away call centres to mess you around.

not once had a claim for anything turned down.

they know if they piss you off they lose your custom. and if you have your familys insurance, business' insurance, travel insurance, car insurance, contents insurance, life insurance, etc etc with them then they dont want to lose your custom.
