...have you been to Clacton? Doubt Lowestoft is as bad but suspect there's a lot of very poor people that go to both for a holiday and anything that appears free, or doesn't require compulsory payment will be lapped up...
I also suspect Judge is right and visitor numbers were not as high as they're suggesting...
