it's an actual house rather than a flat. Pretty big but already been on the buses (although the 1st time I go on I didn't realise you needed a card, let me off luckily) and seems it's quite quick to get around the city. Supermarket quite near by so location not to bad really. Can leave after a month if it turns out to be s**t. 4 bedrooms. 1 more to fill. American guy moved in this weekend as well.
