Even UEFA said the Champions League was killing football.

Two things I'd do now to start the project of improving football:

1. Scrap the Associate Members Cup (I can't even remember what it's called even though we lost the semi-final last season) and make the League Cup for clubs in the Football League only - the Premiership clubs obviously can't really be bothered with it.

2. Stop letting teams from the Champions League into the Europa League once they're knocked out, as it devalues both tournaments, and return the Europa League to its old two-legged knockout format.

There was a third but I've forgotten it.
