Lots if good questions

for what it's worth though here is what I think

1. Haven't got a clue

2. Most definately

3. At the minute Askou probably goes there although this is far from ideal. Maybe Korey will drop in there or perhaps Lambert has a lot of faith in Francomb

4. If it's Martin who gets injured Cody or Johnson should do a decent job. If however it is Holt we are pretty screwed. Maybe Push Hoolahan further forward and put Hughes or Mcnamee into midfield

5. We can as long as the full backs can get forward to offer some width (I reckon S. Smith will prove to be very important). And as long as Crofts is up to the challenge
