I always thought
that if you trained at altitude that coming down to sea level gave you some sort of advantage against anybody who had trained at sea level
And those who trained at sea level struggled when they went to altitude if they didn?t give themselves time to acclimatise
And I guess that?s what the FA and Capalo thought as well
