although a bit grubby/chavvy - the POW pub

does food for v cheap prices and has a large screen

had a 10oz steak for ?4.69 at lunch the other day, was arguably just as good as any steak i had paid over ?15 for in good pubs/restaurants and was cooked very well

also beers are cheap at ?1.70 a pint

but as i say, its not much to look at and the all day alcoholics will be out in force
