tactically things have moved away from that...how many of the better teams now play like that. Gerrard, barry, carrick and rooney don't play in a 4-4-2 and definitely don't fit into that system for that reason he has to go, we need a younger fresher coach but who wants that job and who, of the englishmen, are good enough?
