I worked for one company that took it's entire salesforce to a presentation in a cinema.

On the way out everyone was given an envelope with their name on.

Some people got a red card, which meant go clear your desk and f**k off. Others got a yellow card, which meant they had to reapply for their jobs, again.

The rest got a ticket to a piss-up and a match at London Irish.
