I doubt anyone is interested but I am still amazed by the MoS piece...
...how could the editorial team not see that it was a bad idea to run with this? Is there a political element to all of this?..
Apparently they even ran the original story with his mobile number for all to see - who the hell was double checking?..
I know journalistic staff are stretched and under-staffed and I know this we're talking about the MoS/DM here but nevertheless, this is beyond stupid unless there is something else at work here and surely if there were they'd have revealed their hand by now...
Because on their site I'd guess 9 out of every 10 comments underneath the story are cursing them for publishing it...did they honestly think it would be otherwise?..
