Well, yes, but that's about the most obvious statement that could be made about BBC bias

and impartiality.

The important thing, I think, is editorial impartiality, rather then personal impartiality, and I can't see that they get a lot wrong there.

They have to be careful about their presenters' and co-respondents' bias, sure, but again, I don't actually *see* any problems myself. I'd be interested to see any examples of where the BBC has shown genuine clear bias where it hasn't been addressed by the governing body though.
