I would add...

Don't be afraid to think for a few seconds before answering their questions. A lot of people just start waffling and only compose their thoughts after two sentences.

Although they are trying to decide whether to employ you, you should also be trying to work out if you want to work there. If they are total cock-ends, it may well be that you won't be happy working there anyway.
