we were lucky enough to meet board members on Saturday night. They didn't look like executives thinking that these celebrations should be on hold because we're not expecting to be going up after all.

I think most people are clear that Colchester have taken this much further than necessary as it's more of a grudge than a legal claim. The fact that it's only being heard now rather suggests that the League were hoping it would have all been resolved.

I don't see it being more than a rap on the knuckles for one minor breach.
