It was a calculated gamble on attaining promotion.

We get a boost of at least 3-4 million next year.
I doubt our wage bill will rise that much.

We are also in a better position to negotiate our various sponsorship/corporate deals

We are also a much better prospect for outside investment.

Would you like to estimate the cumalative value of the things I have mentione above?
