Thoughts...

Firstly, I can't believe how un-gutted I am! I cried like a baby after the play off final, and yes, its disappointing today, but I am SO looking forward to next season already!

If today had to happen, then I'm glad it was 6-0, thumped out of sight and no doubts. I had visions of us winning 1-0 and Fulham getting an equaliser in injury time.

SO pleased Palace are going down and that cheating t**t AJ scuttles down with him, clubs will be fighting over him in the summer, if it means we don't have to worry about him next year, then good!

I actually hope Ipswich go up in the play off's! Get them out of the way, if they blow it, they'll be strong again next season and a major rival, would rather have any of the other three in there with us, but not them. No, let them have their day in the sun, we can then concentrate on us and our season.

Glad WBA survived, but only because they were the lesser of the other three evils!

Greeno and Francis will obviously be off now, hope upon hope that Worthy isn't thinking that Eddy and Holt will "do a job" next season for us again, their departures are, I think, as critical as any-we just need to spend money sensibly, ?7 million parachute plus what we get in sales, yes, agree with everyone else on here, midfielders and some defenders, younng, physically strong and fit and, a'la Ashton, maybe see us as a stepping stone, but will impress and be grat for us for a couple of years or so.

Lets not get all cocky and have any "On Loan To The Coca Cola" T-Shirts done, don't you just KNOW Southampton will, lets all wait for the "we belong in the Premiership" cries from them!

Enjoy the break, players and mangement, come back, show ambition and determination to get back, straight away, its going to be a busy summer, and an exciting one, but bring it on!!!!!!!
