Free wifi is when your phone is roaming and connects to hotspots*
*net cafes, hotels, banks all sorts of places have hotspots (they run at about 512mb connection which isn't massive but it's free)
Free internet is free, but has your fair usage policy set at 750mb. If go over that they'll either threaten to charge you extra, or threaten to slow your speed right down until you stop abusing the FU policy
