Are rather more simplified than reality would be. However, I would expect that a kit manufacturer with limited brand value ("Xara? Who the f**k are Xara?") would offer rather more competitive terms with NCFC than the likes of Nike or Adidas for whom shifting a further few thousand units a year is really nothing. What's 5,000 units to Adidas? Some tiny fraction of what they sell anyway. So they can afford to set far higher terms than Xara.
