I'd like to see us compete at the top level

otherwise we might as well just say we're settling happily where we are.
However I'd like to see our arrival at the top level accompanied by a new era in football where the focus is back on the club and fans, and the 'superclubs' and their owners are back to just being good clubs.
A lot of work on 'fit and proper' person tests, a lot of work on whether clubs are actually being run just as a vehicle for rich foreign owners, and perhaps some sort of proper re-tiering of the divisions.
My other small steps - stopping the loan system. Too many lower league sides are paying too much for premier club players who will never play for that premier club.
Returning the european competitions to their former status. If it were just the champions who went into the champions' league I have to believe this would level things out through the premiership and perhaps lessen the interest of the get rich quick owners.

That's just my starting point.
