This is going to sound really old-fashioned

but I do worry about the tendency (particularly among slebs) to do the baby thing very early on in a relationship. It does, as megson points out, make for what would probably ahve been a relatively straightforward split become fraught with issues. I think it must be hellishly difficult to have a baby when you hardly know your partner and have no idea how your future is going to map out. But the designer baby accessory trend seems to continue. And so more problems will arise.

If she had just been the Stamford Bridge bike then all parties would probably have laughed and moved on.
